The Housing Network was formed in 2014 as a business with a purpose, believing that everyone deserves a ‘safe and stable’ place to call home when life is at its toughest.
Working alongside 100+ local authority partners and the Ministry of Justice we already provide 5300+ places to call home for individuals and families. Places that really do feel like a home, where families and individuals can ‘take a breath’ and rebuild their lives – on their way to more permanent housing.
The Housing Network are excited to be launching our ‘Active Opportunities Pathway’ as an innovative alternative to traditional TA, for vulnerable single people and families who are experiencing homelessness and multiple-disadvantage.
The seamless step-up / step-down model combines high quality psychologically informed environments with trauma-informed and strength-based support. Working collaboratively with residents to identify barriers and enable them to manage their housing, health and wellbeing – on a journey towards independence and opportunity!

We exist to support workers from the public, statutory and voluntary sectors working on the frontline with people experiencing homelessness. We work with your ideas and expertise, finding ways to help you and your work by offering funding, community, and resources.
St Martin in the Fields Frontline Network provide opportunities for frontline workers to come together and share experience and expertise. We run local area networks across the UK, hold a free Annual Conference, provide resources to support your work and offer funding to turn your ideas into practice.
Up to date training is essential to support frontline staff in their work and we know that lack of funding is a major barrier to this and the Frontline Network Training Fund can help.
If you are a frontline worker or service manager with frontline caseload you can apply for funding of up to £500 as an individual or £1,500 as a group to cover the cost of training.
