About this Talk
New social housing regulations became law in July 2023 with the aim of giving more power to tenants and ensuring quality and safety within accommodation.
This session, with speakers from the National Housing Federation and Housing Associate Riverside, will:
- provide a brief overview of the key changes brought in such as regulatory framework, mandated qualifications for staff, and complaints procedures
- explore what these new regulations mean for providers, and the challenges and opportunities that come with them
- share good practice in developing governance structures and fostering organisational culture in the context of the new regulations
- allow time for delegates to share their thoughts and experiences
